Job summary

Vet Clinic Morrinsville is seeking an Inventory & Sales Coordinator to join our VCM team. This hands-on role combines customer service, stock management, purchasing and administration to keep our clinic well stocked and our clients well advised.

You will manage stock movement, assist clients in clinic, on farm and over the phone, drive retail opportunities, and ensure invoices, pricing and month-end tasks are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Keep stock moving - ordering, forecasting, stocktakes, inventory control and working with suppliers.
• Look after our clients - in clinic, on farm and over the phone, providing friendly service and knowledgeable product advice.
• Drive retail success - identify sales opportunities, support promotions, maintain great displays and work alongside our clinical teams.
• Keep things accurate - creditor invoices, payments, pricing and month-end administration.
