Job summary

CoroVets is a locally owned veterinary practice with strong community connections and a commitment to exceptional client and patient care. We’re seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Veterinary Client Services & Systems Coordinator to join our Waihi team.

You’ll be the first contact for clients while coordinating appointments, communications, records, inventory and administrative processes across the practice, using multiple systems including ezyVet, CRM and ERP.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
• Highly organised, accurate and detail-focused.
• Calm under pressure and a logical problem solver.
• Adaptable, proactive and quick to learn.
• Experience in administration or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Coordinate appointments and daily schedules.
• Triage enquiries and escalates urgent cases.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Work across multiple practice and business systems.
• Support inventory, payments and general administration.
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff.
