Franklin Veterinary Services in Pukekohe, North Island is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service professional to join our busy clinic team. In this full-time role you will help clients get the products, services and support they need while contributing to a high standard of care for animals.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, coordinate vet schedules, assist with retail sales, and manage stock including receiving orders and using a forklift.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in rural or farm-related contexts.
• Able to handle in-person and phone inquiries with a friendly manner.
• Willingness to work Weekdays and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate vet schedules, appointments and client requests.
• Assist with retail sales and product enquiries.
• Manage stock including ordering, monitoring levels, and restocking.
• Receive and unpack orders and operate a forklift as needed.
• Support the clinic team to keep operations running smoothly.
