Job summary

CoroVets in Waihi is seeking a Veterinary Client Services & Systems Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients while coordinating appointments, communications and administrative processes across the practice.

This role involves managing client enquiries by phone, email and in person; maintaining accurate client and patient records; and working across multiple practice management systems, including ezyVet, CRM and inventory tools.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised and detail-focused.
• Calm under pressure and able to learn quickly.
• Experience in administration or healthcare environments.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries by phone, email and in person.
