UP Education in Auckland CBD seeks an Accommodation Coordinator to create a safe, supportive stay for international students, focusing on Under 18 welfare. You will manage accommodation arrangements, invoicing, and communications with students, families, agents and providers.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, proactive problem-solving and the ability to juggle priorities. On-site position with potential for growth and collaboration across the college.

Formación

• Must be organised and proactive in a busy environment.
• Ability to manage workload and follow-ups without missing details.
• Experience with international students is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate accommodation arrangements for international students, including homestay and caregiver plans.
• Support Under 18 students and welfare processes.
• Manage the Under 18 Holiday Plan and follow-ups with families.
• Respond to accommodation enquiries from students and parents.
• Issue invoices and monitor payments.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
• Collaborate with providers and teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in a 24/7 emergency roster for after-hours support.
