Job summary

UP Education is seeking an Accommodation Coordinator in Auckland CBD to ensure a safe, smooth accommodation experience for international students, including Under 18 welfare. You will handle homestays, inquiries, invoicing and communications with students, parents, agents and providers.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage multiple briefs, maintain records and work closely with teams to deliver quality student support and welfare. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive in a busy environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups.
• Experience with student accommodation or international education is advantageous.
• Strong communication with students, parents, agents and internal teams.
• Attention to detail in documentation, records, invoices and payments.
• Comfort with CRM or student management systems and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accommodation for international students, including homestay placements and care arrangements.
• Support Under 18 students and welfare processes.
• Manage the Under 18 Holiday Plan process and liaise with families.
• Respond to accommodation enquiries from students, parents, agents, and providers.
• Coordinate accommodation changes, transfers and other requests as they arise.
• Issue accommodation invoices, monitor payments and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate student, accommodation and compliance records.
• Work with providers and teams to resolve issues and improve student experience.
• Participate in a rotating roster to cover the 24/7 emergency phone.
