Job summary

Stryker in Canberra is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in theatre while developing clinical, technical, and commercial expertise.

You will work with surgeons and healthcare professionals, participate in territory planning, and receive onboarding and ongoing development. Relocation support is available for the right candidate moving to Canberra; candidates across Australia or New Zealand considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As an Associate Territory Manager, you'll work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, supporting Trauma procedures in theatre while developing your clinical, technical, and commercial expertise.

Qualifications

Required:

• Qualification in nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, or a related health field
• Experience within clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
• Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
