Job summary

You will handle quotations, bookings, monitor freight, coordinate with carriers, process invoicing, and manage data entry. Strong attention to detail, good IT skills, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in an administration, customer service, transport/ freight role.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers.
• Good computer skills, including basic Excel knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and ask questions.
