Job summary

Qube Logistics in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga is seeking 2 Logistics Planners to coordinate daily transport operations, liaising with customers, drivers and internal teams to keep containers moving safely and efficiently.

You will report to the Northern Transport Manager and handle deliveries, bookings, and scheduling, while ensuring health, safety and compliance. A minimum of 2 years' admin/coordination experience is preferred, with NZ work rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role, preferably in transport industry.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail.
• A proactive, team-focused approach.
• Transport or logistics experience is helpful but not essential.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

About the Role

We're looking for 2 new Logistics Planners to join our Mount Maunganui team. In this role, you'll coordinate daily transport operations, working closely with customers, drivers, and internal teams to keep our containers moving safely and efficiently.

Roster:

4 days on, 4 days off Monday to Sunday

Hours:

6:00am - 6:00pm

Key Role

The Role Reporting to the Northern Transport Manager, this position will coordinate the Transport Logistics function for our Tauranga depot.

What You'll Need
