Job summary

SBS Bank in Invercargill is seeking a fixed-term Change Portfolio Administrator to help govern and administer our transformation portfolio. You’ll help ensure forums are well organised, decisions captured, and leaders have accurate information to oversee change.

You’ll coordinate steering committees, maintain governance records, support portfolio reporting, and administer transformation tools. The role is full-time, until December 2027, with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Proven administration and coordination experience.
• Experience supporting committees or governance meetings.
• Excellent written/spoken English; professional discretion.
• Ability to prepare agendas, minutes, and action registers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Steering Committee and governance forums, including agenda prep and minutes.
• Maintain clear governance records with actions, risks, and approvals.
• Support portfolio reporting with updates, packs, and progress insights.
• Administer transformation tools and templates for consistency.
