Job summary

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a Client Portfolio Reporting Administrator based in Tauranga to join the Portfolio Reporting team. The role entails processing daily client, security, price and transactional feeds to our reporting systems and maintaining databases for regular and ad-hoc reporting to premier clients and management.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, located at Head Office in Tauranga, with responsibilities across databases and reporting processes to ensure accuracy

About The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Client Portfolio Reporting Administrator to join our Portfolio Reporting team working, based in our Head Office, Tauranga. Our Portfolio Reporting team is an integral part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) providing key reporting services to our premier clients and to CIP’s management. This is permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. The Portfolio Reporting Administrator is responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of the daily client, security, price, and transactional feeds to our portfolio reporting system(s) and maintaining reliable and accurate databases. This role encompasses the delivery of reports, including the management of the databases(s) that support the regular and ad-hoc reporting to these premier clients and to management.

About You

As this role has exposure across multiple client entities, this role would ideally suit someone with prior experience in the Finance Sector. We are looking for someone who has experience in reporting, with an ability to communicate core concepts, successfully managing a database with a high degree of accuracy in numerical data and client information, and an ability to investigate, review, and improve reporting systems and processes. The successful candidate will have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal). You will be technically savvy with an affinity for picking up new systems and processes quickly and enjoy solving problems. You should be a Team player with strong resilience. We are looking for a self-starter.
