SBS Bank in Invercargill is seeking a fixed-term Change Portfolio Administrator to help govern and administer our transformation portfolio. You’ll help ensure forums are well organised, decisions captured, and leaders have accurate information to oversee change.
You’ll coordinate steering committees, maintain governance records, support portfolio reporting, and administer transformation tools. The role is full-time, until December 2027, with standard hours.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the governance,administration, and reporting that keep the Bank’s transformation portfoliorunning smoothly. Working as part of the Technology and Transformationleadership team, you’ll help ensure forums are well organised, decisions andactions are clearly captured, documentation is accurate, and leaders have theinformation they need to maintain effective oversight of transformationalchange.
This role is full time, fixed term until the end of December 2027 with hours of work being 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
