Job summary

Dannevirke High School in Manawatu/Whanganui is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher in Charge (TiC) for the Mead Centre and SENCO to lead Learning Support across the school. This full-time, permanent role requires strong organisational and leadership skills and a commitment to inclusive education.

The successful applicant will oversee ORS-funded programmes, provide leadership to Teacher Aides, and help develop future specialist education pathways within the school.

Qualifications

• Lead Learning Support across the school as Teacher in Charge (TiC) - Mead Centre and SENCO.
• Oversee programmes for ORS-funded students.
• Provide leadership to Teacher Aides.
• Contribute to development of the school's future specialist education pathways.
• Experience in Learning Support, SENCO, or specialist education settings is advantageous.
