MUSTER LIMITED in Hastings is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our established agricultural and construction machinery dealership. You will manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with farmers and contractors across the Hawke's Bay region.

Represent premium brands with base salary plus commission and an OTE of over 115,000 NZD per year. A company vehicle and health insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in high-value machinery.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Knowledge of agricultural, rural or construction industries and networks.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently.
• Good computer skills, including CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing sales
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Promote and sell a range of new and used agricultural and construction machinery
• Achieve sales targets, grow revenue and increase market share across your territory
• Provide expert advice and recommend machinery solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with Parts, Service and Product Specialists to deliver excellent customer service
