Job summary

Brandt's Pukekohe branch in New Zealand is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to grow our equipment sales with farmers, contractors and agricultural businesses. You will develop long-term relationships while representing a premium portfolio across your territory, including John Deere.

You will visit customers, provide demonstrations, target sales goals, and collaborate with Parts, Service and Branch teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not essential; on-the-job training and support provided.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering results.
• Valid driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell John Deere and other equipment solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer and territory information.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Support customer events, demonstrations, and industry functions.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Branch teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
