Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Dunedin is seeking a Territory Manager to join our New Zealand Sales team, based in Southland / Central Otago. You will plan territory, engage customers, and drive distribution and displays.

You bring data interpretation, FMCG sales experience with a proven track record, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel within the territory; you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data to drive sales decisions.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in FMCG sales or retail channel development.

Responsibilities

• Territory Planning & Performance: analyze data to identify opportunities and execute plans to improve results.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: develop productive relationships with store teams and buyers.
• Selling & Influencing: recommend and secure distribution, ranging, and display opportunities.
• Perfect Store & Merchandising Execution: ensure planograms are followed and products are well stocked and visible.
• Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement: manage multiple store routines, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
