Job summary

Kraft Heinz in New Zealand invites a Territory Manager to join our NZ Sales team, based in Hamilton/Waikato. You will plan and execute store-level strategies to grow our brands and distribution, working closely with customers and field teams.

The ideal candidate will have data-driven selling skills, be highly organized, hold a valid driver license, and be willing to travel within the territory while embracing a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting, selling, and presenting data and insights.
• Highly organised, commercially astute and able to travel within territory.
• Valid driver license and willingness to travel 4/5 days.

Responsibilities

• Territory planning and performance: develop store plans to improve results.
• Customer engagement: build relationships with buyers and store teams.
• Selling and influencing: secure distribution, ranging and display opportunities.
• Merchandising execution: ensure planograms and stock levels meet guidelines.
• Time management and continuous improvement: manage routines across stores.
