Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Territory Planning & Performance:Uses available datato understand performance driversandidentifyopportunities,developand executestore and territory plansto improve results.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:Builds productive relationships with buyers, owners, managers, and store teams.Listensactively to understand each store’s needsandtailorcommunication and engagement style based on customer preferences.
- Selling & Influencing:Shares recommendations confidently and uses persuasive selling techniques,creating win-winoutcomessecuring distribution, ranging, and display opportunities.
- Perfect Store & Merchandising Execution:Executes merchandising standards, relays, and planograms accurately and on time. Ensures products are well-stocked, visible, and aligned with guidelines.
- Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement:
- Managesroutines, time, and priorities effectively across multiple stores.
- Approaches challenges with a positive mindset,seeksfeedback, andlooksfor opportunities to learn and improve.
- Uphold the Kraft Heinz values andto workin a way that contributes to the company’s vision.
- Compliance & Safety:Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insights
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team andwork under pressure to tight deadlines
- Highlyorganisedand commercially astute
- Holds a valid driver license and is willing to travel within territoryon 4/5 working days
- Salesexperiencewith aFMCGcompany with aproventrack record/ sales experience with key international or local retailers
- Competent in Excel and able to interpret basic data outputs.
- Applies Sales fundamentals with the support ofRegional Field Sales Manager
- Sales & Commercial Skills:Demonstrateseffective retail execution byidentifyingclear sales opportunities, interpreting simple store data, and communicating practical recommendations in a clear and relevant way.
- Relationship & Communication:Builds strong, trusted relationships through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and adapting communication to different stakeholders while working collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Personal Effectiveness:Manages priorities across multiple stores withorganisationand resilience, showing initiative, ownership, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
