Do you have experience or would like to become part of a team as a TTM Tail Pilot driver?

We are seeking a motivated, safety-focused individual with practical aptitude to join our team based in Amberley supporting a road maintenance team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and development opportunities within a professional operational environment.

About the Role

As a Tail Pilot Driver, you'll play a key role in supporting safe and efficient road maintenance operations across our network. Working alongside a Team Leader and as part of the operational crew, you'll help ensure road users are clearly warned of moving and short-duration worksites, contributing to the safety of both workers and the travelling public.

This is a hands-on role that extends beyond driving duties. You will work closely with the crew to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality maintenance activities, assisting where required to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.

The role includes participation in a 24/7 call-out roster, requiring availability for both day and night work, including emergency response activities, weather events, and unplanned maintenance works. Flexibility and a willingness to respond outside normal working hours are essential.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience in Temporary Traffic Management
• Experience operating Tail Pilot vehicles.
• Class 2 Driver Licence
