Job summary

HEB Construction in North Canterbury is seeking an experienced TTM Leader / Driver to join our Traffic Management team and help deliver safe, efficient projects across maintenance, construction and infrastructure works. You will lead field crews, coordinate daily operations, mentor team members and ensure TMP compliance, with hands-on responsibility for vehicles and traffic management equipment.

This role requires a Full Class 1 Licence, TTM experience, and a safety‑minded, reliable attitude,

We are looking for an experienced TTM Leader / Driver to join our growing Traffic Management team in North Canterbury.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone with strong Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) experience who enjoys working alongside crews, leading by example, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of traffic management operations, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to support and guide team members in the field.

About the Role

As a TTM Leader / Driver, you will be responsible for supporting daily traffic management operations, coordinating worksite activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring traffic management is delivered in accordance with approved requirements and company expectations.

You will work closely with the existing TTM Team, road maintenance crews, subcontractors, and clients to achieve safe and efficient outcomes across a variety of maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects.
