Job summary

Select Recruitment in Dunedin is seeking reliable TTM Workers to support live roadwork sites around Dunedin. You’ll operate Stop/Go paddles, direct traffic, and communicate with the onsite team, working early mornings and long days in all weather. All PPE is provided, with ongoing training and opportunities to grow in the civil/roading sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating Stop/Go paddles and E-stops on live sites
• Communicating clearly over radio with your onsite team
• Directing motorists and pedestrians safely through work areas
• Working early mornings and long days
• Being first onsite and last to leave, ensuring the site is safe at all times
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

What You Need:

• Strong understanding and spoken English with clear communication
• Reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work long hours, early starts, and in all conditions
• Previous roading or TTM experience is helpful but not essential
