Job summary

Hato Hone St John is seeking a Telecare Field Representative to support our medical alarm customers across Hokitika, Greymouth, Reefton and surrounding West Coast areas. The role involves demonstrating and installing systems, building relationships, and converting interest into secured sales.

You’ll respond to alerts, provide first-rate customer care, and assist at community events. A NZ driver's license and resilience are essential for this permanent part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with users of medical alarms.
• Demonstrate and install monitored alarm systems.
