Job summary

Hato Hone St John is seeking a Telecare Field Representative to build relationships with customers who rely on medical alarms, demonstrate and install systems, and provide ongoing support. The role covers the Central/West Auckland area, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and on-call weekend duties with allowances.

Ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience, strong empathy, good problem-solving skills, and a full NZ driver licence.

As Aotearoa's leading medical alarm provider, our St John Medical Alarm team are passionate about helping seniors, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable members of our community stay independent for longer. Our monitored alarm systems provide peace of mind, ensuring that help is just the push of a button away.

As a Telecare Field Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers by:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with those who rely on our medical alarms.
• Demonstrating and installing our monitored alarm systems, ensuring customers feel confident using them.
• Providing top-notch customer care, including servicing and troubleshooting alarm equipment.
• Promoting our services at community events and group demonstrations.
• Responding promptly to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate assistance.

This role covers the Central/West Auckland area. Please note that you must live within the designated area, as your workday begins from the time you leave home. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.You will also be on call every fifth weekend, with allowances provided.
