Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking a motivated Autoglass Technician for a fixed-term summer role in Queenstown. You will repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass, delivering top-quality workmanship with the help of cutting-edge tools and technology.

You’ll work closely with customers, provide expert advice, upsell value-added products, and join a supportive team with comprehensive training and development opportunities. Role runs November 2026 to March 2027, 30 hours per week, on-site.

Qualifications

  • Motivated, hands-on person with a passion for technical work and a keen eye for detail.
  • No prior Autoglass repair experience required; comprehensive training provided.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to upsell value-added products.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 kg and operate in a physically demanding role.
  • Clean driver’s license (restricted or full) is a minimum requirement.
  • Must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
  • Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening may be required.

  • Location: Smith&Smith Queenstown
  • Hours: 30 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday
  • Fixed term: November 2026 - March 2027
What we’re looking for
