Job summary

Belron NZ Ltd in Pukekohe is seeking a fixed-term Autoglass Technician for November 2026 to March 2027. You will repair, replace, and calibrate vehicle glass using cutting-edge tools and deliver top-quality workmanship while engaging with customers to provide expert advice and upsell services.

Location: Smith&Smith Pukekohe Hours: 30 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday Fixed term: November 2026 - March 2027

What we’re looking for

• Motivated people with a passion for hands‑on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value‑added products and services.
• Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (up to 25kg) during a normal working day.
• A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.
• You must have unrestricted rights to work in NewZealand.
• The preferred candidate will be required to undergo a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening test.
