Qualifications

  • No prior Autoglass repair experience required; comprehensive training provided.
  • Must have a clean driver’s license (restricted or full).
  • Must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

You’ll also be the face of our service, working directly with customers to provide expert advice, offer value‑added products, and ensure every interaction is a great one. Location: Smith&Smith Christchurch Central

Hours: 30 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday

What we’re looking for
  • Motivated people with a passion for hands‑on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value‑added products and services.
  • Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (up to 25kg) during a normal working day.
  • A clean driver’s license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.
  • You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening test.
