Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Technical Training Advisor to transform technical expertise into engaging learning experiences. You will work with Product, Engineering, Training Delivery and Learning Design teams to ensure high-quality content for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Reporting to the Content & Design Lead, you will translate complex Gallagher Security concepts into practical modules, while maintaining accuracy and accessibility across learning materials.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gallagher Security solutions and products.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear learning materials.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering and Training teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical input to create and improve learning content.
• Review designs, storyboards and modules for accuracy and clarity.
• Write clear, practical technical content for learners.
• Stay up-to-date with Gallagher product developments and hardware updates.
• Support training simulator testing and maintain high-quality assets.
• Respond to training-system queries and provide trainee feedback.
