Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Technical Training Advisor in Hamilton to transform technical expertise into engaging learning experiences. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Learning Design teams to create accurate, accessible content for customers, partners and internal teams.

You’ll help maintain high-quality training assets, support simulator testing and respond to trainee inquiries, while building knowledge, capability and confidence across the Gallagher ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate technical topics into clear learning content.
• Experience creating technical training materials and modules.
• Knowledge of Gallagher Security products is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance training content for Gallagher Security products.
• Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in learning designs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Learning Design teams.
• Support training simulator testing and maintain assets.
• Respond to training system queries and assist trainees.
