Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in product/solution marketing, ideally global/B2B.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate product knowledge into plans.
• Experience managing creative campaigns, budgets, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey customer value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of Gallagher Security products and market positioning.
• Collaborate with product leads to inform development and align marketing plans.
• Lead Market Ready Planning with go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks.
• Manage creative development of marketing assets and campaigns per brand standards.
• Equip regional sales teams with tools and knowledge to promote products.
• Coordinate with regional teams and agencies for consistent messaging.
• Conduct market and customer research to develop buyer personas and campaigns.
