Join Flight Centre Travel Group's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team as a Technical Support Engineer and play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support across our business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, supporting enterprise technologies, and collaborating with product and service teams. Based in Auckland, you'll take ownership of escalated incidents and service requests while helping drive continual improvement across our technology environment.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, infrastructure, and enterprise platform issues while managing escalated incidents and requests.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and optimise operating systems, enterprise platforms, user environments, devices, and system services while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and service partners.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
About you. mo koe
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an onsite support, service desk, technical support, or similar IT support role.
  • Strong understanding of hardware support, PC support, troubleshooting, operating systems, enterprise technologies, and customer service.
  • IT degree desirable, industry certifications preferred.
  • Travel industry experience, with knowledge of travel industry systems including Sabre.
