Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Auckland to own escalated incidents and service requests across our enterprise tech landscape. You will diagnose complex hardware, software, and OS issues and collaborate with product and service teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in onsite/IT support or service desk role.
- Strong hardware, PC, OS, and enterprise tech troubleshooting.
- IT degree desirable; certifications preferred; travel industry knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, infrastructure issues while managing escalated incidents and requests.
- Install, configure, maintain, and optimise operating systems and enterprise platforms in collaboration with internal teams, vendors and service partners.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where Flight Centre staff feel welcomed, respected and supported.
