Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) for internal/external users.
• Answer service, product, technical and customer-relations questions about features, specs and repairs.
• Resolve problems via telephone and e-support; log cases in KMS.
• Document case summaries and resolutions in writing and verbally.
• Help customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrences.
• Represent the company at customer locations or events as needed.
• Engage teammates to ensure SLA requirements are met.
• Assist Sales Pursuit team as needed.
