Job summary

Nuralite Waterproofing in Auckland, North Island, seeks a Technical Advisor to own incoming technical enquiries and help customers move projects forward. You’ll be a primary contact for architects, specifiers, builders, merchants and applicators across New Zealand, collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver accurate, timely advice.

You’ll respond to enquiries, log and monitor progress in our CRM, prepare project specs and CAD drawings, and support the wider team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Good computer skills including CRM and design software.
• Experience with CAD or similar drawing software.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer, product and technical enquiries accurately and professionally.
• Working with our Auckland and regional teams to ensure enquiries are actioned promptly.

Nuralite Waterproofing – Auckland, North Island

As our Technical Advisor, you'll take ownership of incoming technical enquiries and help customers move their projects forward. You'll be one of the first points of contact for technical enquiries from architects, specifiers, builders, merchants and our network of approved applicators across New Zealand. You'll work closely with our sales and technical teams to make sure customers receive accurate, practical advice – and receive it promptly.
