This is a field-based role focused on construction and earthworks monitoring/supervision and geotechnical testing. You'll work out on different sites with hands-on work, no desk-bound days, and no two days that are the same. You'll work closely with an experienced engineering and technical team, with plenty of room to learn. As a small team, you'll get responsibility early and a real hand in getting projects over the line.

About us
We're a small but mighty crew based in Tauranga, covering all things ground and water — geotechnical, stormwater, onsite wastewater, environmental and coastal. Mostly land development, residential, and commercial work, plus a bit of infrastructure on the side. We're big on practical solutions, learning by doing, and just getting stuck in. No egos, good banter, and a team that's got your back.
