Job summary

Nuralite Waterproofing in Auckland, North Island, seeks a Technical Advisor to own incoming technical enquiries and help customers move projects forward. You’ll be a primary contact for architects, specifiers, builders, merchants and applicators across New Zealand, collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver accurate, timely advice.

You’ll respond to enquiries, log and monitor progress in our CRM, prepare project specs and CAD drawings, and support the wider team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solutions-focused approach to technical enquiries.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Good computer skills including CRM and design software.
• Experience with CAD or similar drawing software.
• Willingness to learn and build technical knowledge.
• Flexibility to support industry events.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer, product and technical enquiries accurately and professionally.
• Working with our Auckland and regional teams to ensure enquiries are actioned promptly.
• Logging and managing technical enquiries through our CRM system.
• Monitoring open enquiries and keeping customers informed of progress.
• Preparing project specifications and drawing sets.
• Reviewing and amending CAD drawings.
• Working with the wider sales and marketing teams on projects and customer requirements.
• Providing technical support to architects, specifiers, builders, merchants and approved applicators.
• Assisting the wider Nuralite team during busy periods.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience.
