Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preparing architectural documentation drawings, specifications and associated calculations.
• Prepare Building consent applications and liaison with local Territorial Authorities.
• Associated administrative duties when required.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes are achieved.

We have an opportunity available for a keen and energetic Architectural Designer to join our team, (Must hold a qualification in either design or construction).This is a challenging and exciting role that offers you the opportunity to be a part of a high performing and design led team in a family-friendly work environment. As part of this role, you will be doing design work, managing building consentsapplications, responding to RFIs, client meetings and working drawings. Primarily this is a design role with flexibility to adapt when needed.

This Role:
