Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development or technology leadership, with online retail focus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C and SFRA.
- Strong front-end capabilities with TypeScript, web components, accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team delivering digital platforms.
- Drive development and integration across Web, Mobile App, and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for eCommerce storefronts and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align roadmaps with goals.
- Champion engineering excellence, DevOps, security, and scalable solutions.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security of platforms through monitoring and optimization.
- Identify emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to boost outcomes.
