Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development or technology leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, including SFRA patterns and storefront customization.
- Proficient in modern frontend engineering with TypeScript, web components, accessibility, performance and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers responsible for delivering and supporting digital platforms and technology solutions.
- Drive the development, integration, and continuous improvement of critical customer-facing platforms, including Web, Mobile App, and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across production-grade eCommerce storefronts, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, SFRA patterns, storefront customization, and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Partner with business leaders, product teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, and ensure solutions align with strategic and operational objectives.
- Champion engineering excellence by promoting best practices across software development, DevOps, automation, security, and service management.
- Ensure the performance, reliability, scalability, and security of digital platforms through proactive monitoring and continuous optimisation.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to drive innovation and enhance customer and business outcomes.
