Job summary

The Warehouse Group (TWG) is seeking a Technology Team Lead to steer the Digital Platforms team, guiding engineers to design, build and operate high‑performing online experiences across web and mobile channels. You will partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver scalable, secure solutions using SFCC and modern frontend technologies.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail tech environment, championing innovation, DevOps practices, and customer‑centric delivery while driving

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development or technology leadership within online retail.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, SFRA patterns, cartridges, controllers and storefront customization.
• Front-end engineering with TypeScript, web components, accessibility, performance, security, testing, and CI/CD.
• Proven experience leading a technical team in a large-scale retail or enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of networking, security, compliance standards in retail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team for digital platforms.
• Drive development, integration, and continuous improvement of customer-facing platforms (Web, Mobile App, Salesforce).
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across eCommerce storefronts (Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA).
• Partner with leaders to define roadmaps and align solutions with business goals.
• Champion engineering excellence across software, DevOps, automation, and security.
