Job summary

Noel Leeming, part of The Warehouse Group, is seeking a customer‑focused technology advisor to join our services team. Based at the Featherston Street Noel Leeming store, the role runs Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00am to 5:00pm for 25 hours per week, delivering live demonstrations, supporting customers with advice, and guiding delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, installation or customer service.
• Ability to set up and install technology.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-support skills.
• Proactive problem solving and a 'get it done' attitude.

• Provide live demonstrations, support and advice to customers.
• Ensure correct solutions are recommended.
• Handle delivery, installation and setup in stores, homes and workplaces.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate clearly.
