Noel Leeming Northlink store, part of The Warehouse Group, is looking for a customer‑focused teammate who loves technology and helping customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, demonstrate products, troubleshoot issues and ensure the right solutions are delivered from start to finish.

This role suits someone who enjoys tech, has strong communication skills, and can adapt technical language for customers. Working Wednesday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, totaling 42 hours per week, with base pay

Qualifications

• Experience and passion in sales, installation, or customer service.
• Ability to set up and install technology for customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to simplify technical language.
• Proactive and reliable with a 'get it done' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with solutions and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products in-store and provide live support.
• Support delivery, installation and setup in stores, homes and workplaces.
