Job summary

Noel Leeming in Wellington is seeking a Tech Solution Specialist for in-store support, demonstrations, and end-to-end service. You will help customers choose, install, and set up technology solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

Based at Featherston Street, the role runs Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00am–5:00pm, 25 hours per week. Base rate plus commission and incentives, discounts across brands, and lifestyle/annual leave options accompany this opportunity.

Our Noel Leeming Services team are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience. Your excellent communications skills coupled with your ability to trouble shoot problems is critical. Equally important is your proactive ‘get it done’ attitude and work ethic.

This position will be based in our Featherston Street Noel Leeming store, working Wednesday – Sunday 11:00am – 5:00pm, 25 hours per week.
