Job summary

The Warehouse Group's Noel Leeming Northlink is seeking a customer‑focused teammate to help customers with technology solutions, provide live demonstrations, advice and after‑sales support across in-store, home and workplace settings.

This role is based at Noel Leeming Northlink, working Wednesday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm (42 hours per week). You’ll need strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and a passion for service and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion in sales, installation or customer service.
• Confidence to set up and install technology.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-support skills; ability to adapt technical language.
• Willingness to continue developing through onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Provide live demonstrations and advice to customers.
• Ensure customers receive the right solutions.
• Coordinate delivery, installation and setup of solutions.
• Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
