Job summary

Noel Leeming South Wellington is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our Services group. You will engage customers with demonstrations, provide knowledgeable advice, and guide them through delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

Must enjoy technology, communicate clearly, and troubleshoot issues with a proactive, get-it-done attitude. 25 hours weekly, Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30am–4:00pm, in Tory Street Noel Leeming store.

Qualifications

• Experience & passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service.
• Confidence to set up and install technology.
• Superior interpersonal and customer support skills; ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide live demonstrations, support and advice, and ensure customers get the right solutions.
• Assist with delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.
