Job summary

The Warehouse Group’s Noel Leeming Palmerston North store is hiring a Tech Solutions Specialist to assist customers with installations, demonstrations and after-sales support. This field-based role requires a full NZ driver’s license and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll work Sunday to Thursday, 45 hours per week, with base pay plus incentives in a busy retail tech environment. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with setting up WIFI, TVs, PCs and audio devices, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience installing and setting up technology (WIFI, TV, PC and Audio).
• Proven customer facing experience with strong communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and capabilities to customers in-store.
• Provide support, advice and troubleshooting for purchases.
• Deliver and install technology and resolve setup issues for customers.
