Job summary

Noel Leeming on Featherston Street, part of The Warehouse Group, seeks a Tech Solution Specialist for in-store support. This 25-hour/week role runs Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00am–5:00pm, with base earnings plus commissions and incentives.

You’ll engage customers with live demos, assist with installations and provide expert guidance across stores, homes and workplaces. You’ll need a passion for technology, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude to help customers choose

Qualifications

• Experience & passion in sales, installation or customer service.
• Confidence to set up and install technology.
• Superior interpersonal and customer support skills with the ability to adapt technical language.
• Driven and proactive in troubleshooting problems.
• Willingness to continue developing your career through onsite training and accreditations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service to customers through live demonstrations, support and advice.
• Install and set up technology in stores, homes and workplaces.
• Demonstrate products and adjust communication to suit customers’ needs.
