Job summary

Noel Leeming in Tauranga is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers, handle payments, provide product support and answer questions at the counter, with a focus on delivering a memorable service experience.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, handle calls and administrative tasks, learn computer systems, using POS, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Friendly phone manner and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments (hire purchases and credit applications).
• Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries.
