Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ seeks a capable Team Coordinator to support the Chief Retail Officer's Executive Assistant. This fixed-term role runs to December 2027, with office-based work and some work-from-home flexibility.

You will coordinate reports, meetings, and stakeholder communications across the Retail unit, keeping priorities on track and ensuring continuity when the EA is away. If you are highly organised and proactive, this is a great match.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administration role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating reports, presentations, board papers and business documentation.
• Managing meetings, calendars, events and team activities.
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and administrative systems.
• Supporting team communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Managing priorities and ensuring actions are completed on time.
• Proactively identifying issues, following up actions and keeping work moving.
• Providing support across the Retail function and Leadership Team.
