Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a proactive coordinator to turn strategy into action across New World brands. You’ll work closely with the Head of New World, drive performance, and support store teams and owner-operators with structured reporting and clear communications.

You’ll help coordinate key workstreams, build meaningful reporting, and act as a trusted advisor to the Head of New World and the New World Member Representation Committee, fostering a high-performing culture.

Qualifikationen

• Highly organised and detail-focused with timely delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to articulate ideas and present effectively.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration with a wide range of people.
• Proactive mindset to improve processes and find smarter ways of working.
• Strong Microsoft skills across Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• AI usage considered useful with Copilot experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate delivery of New World strategies and projects.
• Partner with leadership to ensure initiatives land in stores.
• Work with reports and data to identify trends and create reports.
• Create engaging communications for New World Members (daily newsletter, updates).
• Advocate for clear, fit-for-purpose store communications.
• Coordinate meetings and summaries for the Member Representation Committee.
• Support Member events with cross-team coordination.
• Build a strong internal network across Foodies.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.
