Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an energetic administrative support to back the outpatient and community health teams across Wellington hospital sites. You will help the team leader, prepare reports, and attend stakeholder meetings, ensuring smooth operation and effective communication with staff and patients.
The role requires strong multitasking, adaptability and empathy in a busy health-care setting within Kapiti and Wellington facilities.

This role is supporting your administrationteam. No two days are the same. It is a busy role but very rewarding,building up relationships within the administration team not only your team butwith stakeholders alike. You will workclosely with your team Leader supporting them.Doing reports and going to stakeholder meetings. Being able to Multitaskis a must.

Our Teams inOutpatients and Community Health are spread around Wellington Hospital,Kenepuru Community Hospital and Kapiti Health Centre in different departments.Your role is to support your teams and clinical staff. Everyone in the team istreated with respect and kindness.
